Beginning September 1 you will find daily devotions on this blog related to the study that Communitas will be doing on the book of Revelation. The passage that we will reflect upon each day will anticipate our  Sunday morning Gathering.  That is, the blog will introduce us to the passage that will be taught on the following Sunday. 

What's hugely exciting is that these daily reflections will be written by our own people! Some days you may find here a poem or a link to a song.  Some days you may find a photograph with a brief explanation. Some days you'll find a more in depth treatment of a particular interpretive issue that has a spiritual impact on the writer. Somedays the daily reflection may be very brief, like one sentence long e.g., "Our God is an Awesome God".  

Let's take this journey together into a deeper understanding of final or ultimate things. The title of the book is a Revelation of Jesus Christ. Those who read, who hear and who keep these words will be blessed (Rev.1:3).  As we work through this material together we pray that we all will encounter the living Christ and  as a result of that encounter we will be changed.
